    This documentation assumes that you're already logged into cPanel and on the home screen of your cPanel account.

    1. Find the icon with the text MySQL Databases. This will be under the Databases section. Click the icon.
    2. In the text field next to New Database, type your database name.
    3. Click Create Database.

    Your database is now ready for data population. Click Go Back to view your database in the database overview for your cPanel account.
